HTC----> ISP in Europe... Hungary to be exact. Overlooked play, just starting to get volume and move.

European ISP Euroweb rocketing as high as 15, +200% as the frenzy for all things Internet Service Provider continues. EWEB last week bought a Hungarian ISP to
compliment its services in that region. Unmoved as yet is another small cap that offers internet access in Central Europe. Hungarian Telephone and Cable HTC
describes their business this way-

"Hungarian Telephone and Cable Corp. is a provider of telephone, ISDN, Internet and other telecommunications services in five defined operating regions of the
Republic of Hungary. The Company operates nearly 194,000 lines serving over 680,000 people through four Hungarian subsidiaries which have been granted
25-year telecommunications concessions by the Hungarian government. These concessions are exclusive through 2002. "

stock currently trading 5s... very possible takeover play by the larget players.
