We must be neighbors. Huge wind storm last night. Smelling fires this a.m.

I'm wondering if CIC's strength is related to their intended Nasdaq listing. I don't follow closely --- in on Frank's coattails :) --- so am not sure about dates.

The white paper at the Certicom website is great, but does anyone have anything about the royalty structure?
