Then why aren't my Jan 35 calls going up? That would be bullish.

I think cc sellers covering sold calls might be bullish or just optimistic. Remember you have all those Leaps mixed into the short term options. If someone sold 32 1/2 with the stock at 35 or 40, they would be smart to cash in at this point.<G> I know, not very likely but possible. You never know what evil lurks in the option trader's mind.<G>

If that is true, that more people are buying options...what does that tell you? Obviously, that is a bullish sign

It's only bullish if they're buying calls....if they're buying puts it's bearish.
