I'm speaking for him without asking specifically, but I think neither of us expect much of anything, and nothing major, to happen. Personally, I will be amazed if anything effects us, here, or you there. I know he falls into the "Non-event" camp.

Do you have specific worries from credible (or non!) sources?

Interruptions of electricity, water and natural gas are very very unlikely, imo. And food - the same.

Dried pears are another story ~ No pear soup til next year.
