I found it a while back, by searching for "air raid siren", I think on Alta Vista. Could only find it as a sound effect, not as a downloadable WAV file. But what I did was copy it from the Temporary Internet File, rename it, and paste it into my Windows Sound Effect folder. I use it as my uh-oh sound effect.

Update, just tried searching "air raid siren WAV" on google, came up with several URLs but I am at work and don't have speakers, so I can't test 'em. Here is the first one. I guess you shouldn't try it at work.;^) love-partners.com
