They haven't closed the recent acqusition yet but they are working on it. They are also looking into filing to becoming a fully reporting by mid January. Also looking at earlier news they are still looking to apply to the nasdaq for listing by the 3rd quarter of 2000. I'm told they are going to get new offices they have grown out of the old ones. Also will be putting up a website next month to deal with investors and questions as well as marketing. I'm told they have alot of news pending and they will release it when they feel it is the right time Susie
