My experience also. There is a certain amount of complexity here which should test any lawyer's appetite for billing hours:particularly with regard to the appellate court's involvement in the Bankruptcy proceedings, the status of the spectrum licenses which are Nextwave's only viable asset,apparently, and any contingencies in the GBLX/Liberty funding for Nextwave. It will all get sorted out but the legal fees will be "interesting" for some.
