*[OT]* Yeah, I bought some PCCLF at $0.92, even though I didn't really need to. I was thinking in a defensive mode: 'well at least I won't be kicking myself a few years from now when it hits $3 per share'. Much to my
amazement, 3 years must equal now, crazy. Maybe a lot of daytraders have piled on, ironically being fooled into thinking it's a penny stock? I would've gotten Trans Cosmos too, obviously, but E*Trade, doesn't recognize it, and I don't feel like placing a big order with my ML broker. Did someone mention the Steve Harmon top choices for 2000? His first pick SCOC, went up tremendously moments after his annoucement. I find it interesting, because I cover a closely-related stock, CTXS, which is the only stock I've been aggressively recommending (while MP3.com is the only one I aggressively bashed). You can see my full CTXS review (sorry I think you have to sign up for 30-day trial membership or something) at:quicktake.morningstar.com Harmon solicited votes for top 10 choices of 2000. I voted, but forget what most of my votes were, beyond CTXS, PCCLF, and PKTR, though I may want to pull back on the post-runup PCCLF. The supply/demand situation is just quite shocking, I just know more investors will pile on, as these stocks gradually bleed into American consicousness. You can sense that by the unfortunate fact that investors are indiscriminately bidding up the prices for *second-tier* Net VC stocks. CBS Marketwatch.com's Thom Calandra wrote up a series of articles on them. He quote me on THCG, which I only described in one sentence, it immediately shot up 100% on 1000% of normal trading volume. Almost as much for another stock I mentioned, VFND, which is pretty funny because I totally bashed that stock. Mommy, I wanna be a VC when I grow up. - Netconductor.com >>Jonas wrote: Softbank now dirt cheap If PCCLF now has a market cap of 30 billion US dollars (closing close to $3.00 US on the OTC market), I think Softbank is easily worth 150 billion US dollars, or a doubling of the present stock price.
