Did you install winzip before trying to open cycode.zip or vbrun5.zip

after you download winzip you need to double click on the winzip.exe file that you downloaded and follow the default installation of winzip.

If winzip installed correctly, then whenever you "double click" (open) a file that ends with a .zip then winzip will run automatically and open the zip file showing you the contents (a zip file is a compressed file that can contain many files and even directories). So try double clicking on each of the two zip files (cycode.zip and vbrun5.zip) and see if they open. Then winzip has a "test" option in the "Actions" menu to see if the files are good or corrupt. If they are corrupt or have errors, then delete them and download again. If the zip files are ok I see no benefit in downloading them again.
