Hi penni. Since you asked for an update, here it is. Stephen is now 6 and totally into Pokemon, Dragon Ball Z, Monster Rancher, and just about every other Japanese animation you can think of. He got a Pokemon Gameboy cartridge, Tonka Construction CD, a really cool Naboo fighter jet thing, some Power Ranger stuff, lots of clothes and much other 6 year old appropriate stuff. Michael is 2 and is really liking Pooh and his friends now. Santa dropped off a Grand Cozy Coupe, a ball pit/climber thing, a Pooh plush chair to sit in, and other assorted neat things. Dad's big catch was a Palm Pilot IIIe; the Mrs. scored some nice jewelry. All is pretty well at our house. We finally fixed the ceiling that was damaged from the toilet plugging right after we moved into our house. The moles were not as bad this year, but our puppy made up for it. Our back yard looks like an archaeological dig site with all the holes in it. We had a near scare yesterday when a big grass fire in the field that backs up to our subdivision got out of control briefly and came within a few yards of taking out some homes down the street. It got to within 30 or 40 yards of our back fence. Fortunately no one was hurt and no real damage to property. A couple of my neighbors were shown on the news ready to fight the blaze with their garden hoses. My company has been experiencing some tough times of late, but I think a comeback is around the corner. Otherwise, we're enjoying the success of the Rams and the Blues and at least I am really looking forward to baseball season, now that the Cardinals have some pitching. Stephen is busy with swimming, basketball, soccer, wrestling, etc. Fortunately no more than two of those are in season at any one time. He loves Kindergarten and is learning to read pretty well now. Michael is a little devil and talks up a storm. He is a mama's boy. You all have a great New Year's too.
