I do have the additional consideration of living in the same metropolitan area as Our Nation's Capital. When you read warnings about domestic terrorism, or hear about terrorists getting stopped at the border with bomb-making equipment in the trunk, think of me. I certainly do. Actually, think of Chris, he works in a federal building that's got almost zero security. I realize that the FBI and the CIA make more inviting targets than the Patent Office, but it's on my worry list. Taking out Vepco (Virginia Power) or Pepco (Potomac Power) would be amusing, too, for the far-sighted terrorist. Then there's the New Year's Eve party on the Mall. I'm staying home.
