I don't know how much of that article is true. I do know that the Vietnam war is over now for almost 27 years. To keep a deep freeze on relations with that country now would be like refusing to have had anything to do with Germany and Japan after World War Two for 27 years--i.e., up until 1972!!!!! We all know that did not happen and that war heroes such as Eisenhower (another traitor?) were at the forefront of post-World War Two rapprochement. Heck, even Egypt and Israel established diplomatic ties only a few years after fighting a war. I don't think anyone's patriotism should be questioned for advocating the normal course of post-War diplomacy.
