Looks like another buying opportunity coming our way. while I was betting on NOK, this may turn out to be the better deal. KYO is in for 5 years of ASIC purchases. My guess is that this was at least two years more than a NOK was willing to give. Wonder how KYO's relationship is with the Chinese. Also, Toyota connection could be important.
