All I see is - interest rates are not going to go down during the first quarter of 2000 - they may remain at present levels or go up a tad. But the techs don't give a crap for that - that is the way they have behaved all of 1999. Look at YHOO for example. But - for industrial cyclicals, they are going to have an ulcer watching the rates. As I write, Micron declared phenomenal quarter earnings of $ 1.19 vs. the expected $ 0.85. Tomorrow it will be "Chips - a - hoy". Party on!
