You seem awfully sore for someone who hasn't declared a position in this stock.

Oscar Pieper: Sold his privately owned business to IDX for stock this year, at age 63 or so is now semi-retired. Getting some cash out of his lifetime of building a business.

ASCOM: Venture capitalist to IDX in about 1992, forgave a loan in lieu of stock. At one time owned upward of 20% of the company, now down to about 13%. Selling a portion at a profit, but suspends sales under $8. IDX says it is working on private placement of ASCOM shares . . . we'll see.

VP: Sold 648 shares. You have to wonder why he bothered.

The reason for your frustration: Stock was up about 25% today on more than double average volume. Today's PR was not THAT good. CEO announced resignation yesterday, might have made someone happy.
