Depends on how much of a dip. But I am looking to increase my call position. I'm not going to chase MSFT @ 118, but if the CFO leaving can spook it down 4 points I will start buying again.

I kinda like having 25% cash going into the new year. After Jan 3rd when I can book a profit without worrying bout taxes I will feel much more comfortable bout loading up for some quick trades. I think MSFT could have one last dip in early Jan before it makes it's earnings run. That's when I will pounce. If it pulls back 3 or 4 points tomorrow I will just nibble on some more, probably not load the boat.

Maybe to hedge my exposure a bit I will short something just before new years, in case some profit taking will occur.
