Go to the top menu bar and open OPTIONS\OPTIONS. Enter the PW in the top field marked password:,click on OK and the box closes. Next time you encode\decode-the password box will come up already filled in.

I have the same problem. The dialog box is bigger than will fit on the screen, and there is no scroll bar. You can either get a bigger monitor or try playing with your screen resolution.
