Just living up to their new nomer it seems...Somehow recent botches seem to support "Intel (on the) Outside" more appropriately than "Intel inside".

I reread the posts and I knew I never got an answer, but I am most curious if you got a satisfactory opinion on what the problems are and what it may take to correct them.

I believe it is a people problem which can only be resolved by changing people; ie those same people will deny there is a problem.

I am curious what your conclusion was on Intel's recent difficulties, and what your possible solutions would be.
