Uncle, In glancing through the Kyocera catalog, they apparently manufacture SAW filters. Yes, Kyocera are well known in the electronics industry, especially for their ceramics such as capacitors and filters. I agree that this will strengthen the handset division in times of shortage. They make excellent laser printers - and have done for many years. They are unusual in that the photoconductive drum is coated with an extremely hard film which takes years to wear out and does not need replacing at the same time as the toner, unlike essentially all others. A good move. John
