My understanding is that it is legal to short OCT:BBS in the US but it is hard to find a broker willing to lend shares to you. It is also legal to short using Canadian brokers provided you are Canadian. Where is the crime here? An efficient market needs shorts.

Deeber, thats the oldest trick in the book. There are plenty of U.S. firms that let people short BB stocks and you know that. I am sure you would love for some dumb perso that replys and says that you can and gives you the name of the firm so these CRIMs can buy them in. I have never been short this stock but have known for a long time that they have been driving it up on buyins. A smart person would have boxed CDDD and taunted someone like afrayem knowing the whole time it would go much higher. One of the smartest people on this thread who often calls Afrayem a CRIM on a daily basis is now laughing his A$$ off because he has been boxed. Anyone know who this great trader is? I hear he unboxed at $72 and now is the one that is laughing. It must have been worth the wait. Probably worth Gold.
