One of the problems with the Europeans, especially the Scandanavians, is that they are still closet socialists. They still don't see that an open and free capitalist system in which the best products for the lowest costs should prevail to be in their best interests.

IMO, the Asians will rip into them big time. Just look at any tech commodity type product - computers, VCRs, cameras, you name it - and the Asians win hands down with the most innovative and lowest cost products. Can anyone tell me the last time they bought a tech product that was made in Europe besides a BMW or Mercedes. I'd rather own a Lexus - as a matter of fact I already do.

Tomorrow we'll see the naysayers and other dimwits get ripped of their shares. Sayonara to them. See all of you at $200 post-split sometime next year.

<<Don't hold your breath. I haven't heard anything that would give me the slightest indication that the Europeans will do anything else except to procrastinate as long as possible. The Common Market regulatory body will twist and turn and do whatever it can to avoid a decsion which would give royalties to the Q.>>

L, it seems to me that they will lose a lot more in lost time and wasted capitol expenditures then they would be paying Q in royalties. illogical and childish thinking.
they are cutting their nose's off to spite thier face's.
won't the carrier's see the folly in their regulator's thinking and take matters into thier own hands? or are thier hands tied?

I also agree with the strategy to isolate them from as much of the rest of the world as possible. keep them contained while we grow at a higher rate in asia, U.S.,and south america. once we gain subscriber par it will be a different story. still a big spread 50mm vs. 300mm. DR. J very wise not to engage in battle with goliath too soon. better to let ericy fight the bloody part of the battle first in getting some ifrastructure installed. meantime we grow bigger and stronger in greener pastures.
