Peter the down dip resource is irrelevant and not worth pursuing due to the fact that deposit plunges into the hillside and the stripping ratio is going to go off the scale when contemplating mining to a pit floor of 300 meters.

Why are they drilling when the say they a minable resource now? The present value of future reserves is almost zero and is a smokescreen. The drill program means the property may have a problem and the drilling to prove up a larger resource is a way to deflect the problem that may kill this project.

And, there's a lot of talk about metallurgy which I believe will be this projects biggest problem. To mill or to leach that is the question. The leach recoveries may be poor and the grade may not be high enough to support the costs of grinding and floatation.

The market cap should be higher than it is even in this crappy market.

Very risky boys.

<<Peter mentioned that they were shocked/pleased by the results of hole #39. Can't recall why?>>

"- section 100N (#4,3,17,39) is very interesting as its grade increased from east (#4) to west (#39) with a very consistent width averaging 105 meters . This is the inverse of all other sections which see their grades and widths decrease towards the west. Two holes (#22,23) were drilled some 200-300 meters to the north west of this section and returned lower silver grades (20 grams). This indicate that there may be excellent potential to extend this section to the west. "

John,

<<Hi Mark, it was good to see you at the annual meeting on Monday. >>

Likewise.

Excellent overview. The only thing that I would say may be a little optimistic is the recovery rate. I think if it hit 70% management would be ecstatic -- I suspect they are thinking around 65%. 70% PLUS would be a real bonus.

It was interesting to feel the core they had for display -- it really did feel very soft. He said you could take a pen knife and just peel away the ore, certainly felt that way to me.
