On the other hand, I don't think he's particularly happy about the new interface and all of its shortcomings Not the impression I got: Message 12324866 I've spoken with Bob a couple of times. Once about the legitimacy of a statement by a CEO to try and get an account and another to get my posting priviledges reinstated after asking they be discontinued. I don't know him enough to feel as though there is a "one poster to another" relationship, and I'd like to think he is that way with everybody lest he be suspected of bias. I think he does a great job given the constraints he has to deal with. I really doubt he would tell me if what I suspect is correct because he would have to count on confidetiality. How could he? Therefore, I figure he would only answer if my suspicions are incorrect. I'm not sure I want to know badly enough. <g>
