Herb, that's almost the number of shares short. biz.yahoo.com
I don't know what initial filing means, though.
Maybe Iomega is beginning to fight back?

Herb,

If I'm not mistaken, Dunn's Idanta Partners has 21M shares and each time anyone of the partners has to report any changes in any of their holdings they show they each are the indirect controller of the whole 21M (I think it's one of those 'if they all but one go down in a plane crash the sole survivor would hold the whole ball of wax...' things)

So, I think this guy became one of the boys and now gets listed as indirectly controlling the whole shooting match.

The SEC statement will have to be read to determine just how much of the pie this guy bought in to, he could have purchased one of the other partners shares/interest.
