Suggest some numbers. The site is close to highways, water, power etc.,..I considered transportation of the heap leach precipitate was considered to be included in the cost to process. Insurance was considered to be included in overhead. I gave a $3 million overhead, which is double many cost effective operations I'm familiar with.

If there is any smelter royalties, I'm unfamiliar with them. Please advise.

This is a heap leach operation. I assumed smelter costs of a high silver content precipitate product would be low, and included in the costs given to me by Claude.

Time to give me your estimates, and I will include them in the current formula, along with Claude's corrections already posted and present a new calculation after Christmas.
