Satyam Infoway, RPG Netcom form broadband Net JV CALCUTTA, India, Dec 23 (Reuters) - India's Satyam Infoway (NasdaqNM:SIFY - news) and RPG Netcom, part of the RPG group of companies, announced on Thursday a 50:50 joint venture to offer Internet services on high-capacity cable TV networks in Calcutta, in the eastern state of West Bengal. ''Satyam Infoway Ltd and RPG Netcom have signed an MoU (memorandum of understanding) to form a JV called Satyam-RPG.com Ltd. This will provide broadband Internet services through cable (television networks) to both consumers and business customers in Calcutta,'' they said in a statement
