Part of the understanding in writing is as follows: "To reach the Plato(sic) that was discussed in the meeting mentioned above I offered to dilute the shareholder's positions by one third if the other parties could do as they set forth in the meeting." 1`) Olympus agreed to place with Alexis 250,000 free trading shares and an additional 250,000 legend shares to be given a certain consulting and advisory group. (note that they are not named) 5) Olympus agreed to work completely in the realm of the individual organizing the hopeful movement of stock so that Olympus could meet the NASDAQ requirements. The other group's agreement to Olympus is as follows: 1) Olympus would receive $250,000 upon Company being current with the SEC. (I find this interesting) 5) Consultant will assist company in moving the market to the $3.00 range so that the Company could apply for NASDAQ small cap listing. 6) Shares would be placed outside of the market for certain individuals compensation(amounts to be disclosed by voice) He did not want that in writing...
