The beef is that it's pretty obvious why he is doing it. And it has nothing to do with helping the homeless. Do you mean to say you can't see the correlation? Can you tell me one other incident where the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development has directly taken over 60 million dollars from a sitting Mayor? And said in effect, "You aren't spending it the way I want it spent, so I'm going to spend it for you"? Just give me ONE example that even comes close to this CB. Just one. The obvious partisan manipulation of the peoples homeless money by Cuomo is disgraceful! You may not have a beef with it, but I sure do! I'm sick to death of seeing our tax dollars used by non elected officials as one big pay-off for political favors. Or, do you honestly believe the fact that the Presidents wife is running for election in that state has nothing to do with this decision? It's disgraceful! And it further deepens the already growing cynicism of politics in America. Michael
