EWEB, ---- I know Eastern Europe first hand. Also, I am aware of their plight. That " growing middle class" is in a very infant age. Ther will be many years before real "capitalism" takes roots there. All the governments are taking whatever they can (unless it is hidden under foreign ownership and in Cypress etc.) not much left for the average people. Taxes and regulation and to top all of that corruption. There goes the middle class. No money left for things like ISP etc. EWEB is a good start but far from being there. PS. I have a great respect for people like you Dale.
