I realize that you do not want to loose data. I was able to choose ignore (I think that was the option) and continue without overriding as I already had some of the exact same files. These should be standard DLL files which do not contain any of your data but are required for visual basic programs to run. (disclaimer) I Recommend a full back up of your whole system before proceeding further. I have heard that others allowed the override and that they did not have any trouble and everything worked fine but that choice is yours and I cannot make it for you. Deleting the installation log file should not hurt anything but to be safe you can move the STSUNST.001 to a temp or backup directory. This is just a troubleshooting log file that is not necessary for any programs to run.
