In Utopia, General Electric Wouldn't Be So Perfect: David Pauly

(Commentary)

New York, Dec. 23 (Bloomberg) -- In a perfect world:

The 16,000 workers cut loose by the new Exxon Mobil Corp.

American CEOs would speak English.

General Electric Co. would have a bad quarter.

Cash earnings and EBITDA would be subjects for classroom

All Qualcomm Inc. shares would be distributed to the poor.
