Something is going on here and somebody has been anticipating it for a while. The huge Feb 17.5 open call position says that somebody is making a BIG bet that TKLC is way above $20 by Feb. Those calls went up $3 yesterday and the open call position is worth an additional $2.4M.

There were about 4 of the 10k blocks at the bid.....but all the other trades especially the ones over 20k were at the ask....sorry I should of marked them some how.
