I doubt that it would be worth your time.

But if I were thinking about it, I guess I would break them on the hours using alpha characters and numeric characters for the days of the week.

A more esoteric version would be to do what the CME does, they break it in brackets. Every 45 minutes has a letter. I don't recall exactly what they are. For example, 8:30 to 9:15 CST might be the letter "H". 9:16 to 10:00 the letter "I". This way, the day starts at 8:30 Central in the CME Spoo pit and stops at 3:15 at the end of the 9th Bracket. But most aren't going to have a clue on that. You would get bombarded with requests to do it another way.
