Sprintcar,

If I may butt in here, I have to agree with you. If the intent of the company was to create liquidity and a higher price they could have easily gotten us near $.20 with a minimal amount of hype.

Reported for informational purposes only. Please do your own Due Diligence and make your own investment decisions. Investing in Penny Stocks is extremely risky business. The below is an opinionated statement.

I received an e-mail from a support group yesterday that stated:

>>>
We believe CDNO has found a base in the $0.03-$0.04 range. Information on the speculated EEC Reverse Merger is very hard to come by, because all sources are extremely tight-lipped at this point in time. Based on the trading, it appears that the selling of the converted debentures may be over.

We believe this means that when the trading volume comes back into CDNO, in anticipation of the next PRESS RELEASE, CDNO'S price should move up. How HIGH? Perhaps, it could be a substantial upward move, depending on the market conditions.

Again, this is a highly risky SHELL stock! Let the buyer BEWARE!
