Ian, OT Do you follow SFAM? Stock has backed off significantly with a disappointing quarter on the earnings side. However, revenue growth was decent. The decline might be an over reaction. SFAM looks like it might be a quarter or two behind MTSN on the recovery trail. Any thoughts? Thanks and best wishes for the holiday season. Phil

PS How about that SVGI action!

No, it's never been attractively enough priced when I had sufficient margin room to be comfortable investing in it.

I hold no investments whatsoever in the mask area.

I've come to the conclusion that I just don't have the energy to own every attractive stock. I'd like to move more to Buffett's approach: Stick to my circle of competence; and invest in a small number of very good companies.

Ian.

How's that for taking Phil's side of the diversification issue. ;-)
