BTW, the legal issue(on privacy) was decided by the Supreme Court. They decided the suit could go forward. Once it was decided against Bubba he proceeded to lie and obstruct justice. That's really quite simple and that's why the issue of privacy is irrelevant to the perjury, obstruction and other monkey business which followed. I don't expect you to ever acceptit because you are P-A-R-T-I-S-A-N. JLA

1)personal attack There was no personal attack in that post. There was one statement that involved you ("LC is practitioner of the bold art of the "Big Lie".") And frankly, that's neither attack nor opinion. It's a fact. 2. slanderous -- You don't know what you're talking about. Since you're the one who loves dictionaries, try looking up the word. You'll find that there's no such thing as written slander -- it's impossible. Slander must be spoken. Perhaps you meant "libelous." But libel requires provable damage to reputation. On this thread, given your venomous posts, is it even possible for another poster to damage your reputation further? 3) Third Party -- If you're worried that someone may be talking about you to someone else on this thread, that's legitimate. The solution: stop posting. You're really great at dishing it out, but you can't take it at all, can you?
