RE: "I previously posted a statement that I have firsthand knowledge that ZiaSun and its directors are under investigation by the SEC. (see Reply No. 45857). At the time I posted this statement I was mistaken in my belief that I had firsthand knowledge; I did not have, and at
present I do not have, firsthand knowledge that ZiaSun Technologies, Inc. or its directors are under investigation by the SEC."

LOL, looks like some of you boys are running scared!!!

I previously posted a statement that I have firsthand knowledge that ZiaSun and its directors are under investigation by the SEC. I am not mistaken in my belief that I had firsthand knowledge. I do have, firsthand knowledge that ZiaSun Technologies, Inc. or its directors are under investigation by the SEC. I have spoke to both investigators numerous times. When I asked if they needed copies of the audited financials on Ziasuns web site about two weeks ago I was told that I need not supply them because they had already copied them from Ziasuns web site. This means that ziasun was being investigated months prior to me talking to them since the audited financials on ziasuns web site were taken down months ago way before I had spoke to anyone. I can will affirm this under oath to be true and an accurate statement of fact in any deposition.

According to the business plan unveiled in January, TheStreet's star columnists, including Cramer, Herb Greenberg, Adam Lashinsky and Helene Meisler, will move to a new site, RealMoney.com, where subscribers will pay $200 a year to read their writing. Basic news coverage on TheStreet.com will remain free.
