Jeff,

Sorry, the meeting was a private meeting of fellow investors held at a restaurant named Soho Soho in of course Soho.

In fact it was our annual BBers xmas dinner.

Jon, you might recall your post of 12/23/99. Could these be the shares that LibertySurf bought? Is there anything more you can tell us about these shares? Thanks, Jeff

Jeff,

I recently carried out a search at UK companies house as the accounts for mega com group plc(the old Firecrest) should have been filed by 30-11-99. They have not been filed and are marked as over due. I then obtained a copy of mega coms annual return which showed that the entire share capital had been transferred into a trust(trustees- partners in Foxhayes) on 30-04-99 which was its end of year. I am currently awaiting a written response from the trustees as to the motive for this. I have been assured verbally that the beneficiary of the trust is X-Stream Network Inc. It would be a simple task for these shares to be reversed into a shell for the benefit of X-Stream holders.

Regards

Jon C
