Of course. But this type of argument is either stupid/naive or is really an attempt at misdirection. The Supreme Court, our highest legal arbiter, decided the Jones case could go forward. Once so decided, Bubba had an obligation to answer all inquiries truthfully. He could have objected to those questions about affairs but instead chose to lie, and he chose to submit false affidavits, etc. Its really not even a close call. JLA
