Yeah, look what those trial lawyers made from the smoking settlements. $Billions..And who pays? The poor guy who is addicted to a legal item! In any other country in the world, that would be laughed out of court. Eventually, these lawsuits will wreck the US.
Think of an obese fat-ass's family suing McDonald's or any of the other fast fooders, claiming the poor jerk just couldn't stop eating, it was their fault all his arteries clogged and he stroked out.
This may seem funny, but it is already happening. Look at he Dow/Corning implant stuff. What a train wreck. I am all for corporate responsibility, but there is a limit. Look at the paint industry, those dirty dogs, putting lead in paint!!
