STOCK BULL. No have not heard of any fiscal companies problems. However, I think the big problem is not so much the technical aspect but the perceived problem and what the masses will do to avoid it real or not. Also the perceived problem outside America. Figure a multinational corp doing business with companies in a country that just may happen to have a major Y2K problem. How long will they take to clear out the mess and receive their payments etc. and how will that effect the earnings and stock prices etc. etc. So the prudent investor will try and take all their cash in hand before any possible problems and then re-enter if not but safe if so. There is probably allot of other situations outside investing that business and people are perceiving as well so they too will take money in hand in a rather fearful way. And that is why Greenspan is flooding the system with liquidity and will do so until after the 1st. This is an added boon in this very short period of time so everything is getting over valued. Furthermore it may not end immediately after the New Year begins because once everyone holding all this fear money realizes theire is no problem they will start putting it to use in the areas and companies they perceive valuable. The high flyers may come down to earth but the value plays will pop!

That is why I like Dell cause it did not seem to participate in the Greenspan liquidity but only after the release of Windows2000 manufacturer's release and the hiring of the storage guy from IBM. They seem to be the stock of 2000 especially if they make a push in the storage area.
