Comment from Press Conference: Vodafone plans a presentation of the company's plans for its wireless Internet business in January. ``It will be a very powerful presentation, not just because of what we plan to do but also whom we plan to do it with.' He declined to give the name of the company. Please tell me it is either Microsoft or Cisco! I don't want to sound cynical but the timing of the hostile bid and this announcement in January, everything else being equal, will probably boost Vod's stock price up and make the bid even more attractive.
