Every time I access your profile and see that pic of Jackson, I get baby fever. (It takes every thing in me to not tell you to take that pic out of there.....J/K.....I love it) Yesterday at that "Christmas Tea", my friend was there with her very new...13 day old baby. Her 5th!!! Funny her other children are like the exact ages as mine. Oh my gosh, I was holding that little guy......what a cutie.....what a feeling. I could easily let that emotion over take me...and have another one. I ask mike if we could go home and practice......He said NO WAY. smiles My friend was teasing me as I held the baby..."We know what Jane's gonna get in 2000!!!" Tempting but no way..... sanity counts...mine that is!!!!!! Stories like the diaper explosion are a good reality check for me, I don't miss that!! But then again I did my years of diapers. It was exactly one year ago today that Kevin quit wearing diapers. I was changing his diaper and he said "No more diapers" and insisted no more. All I could think was, I don't need this 2 days before Christmas......couldn't this wait til two days AFTER Christmas?!?!? but that was the end of the diapers. (Keep in mind he had been working on being potty trained in the summer, but then Emily got sick, and while she was in the hospital, Kevin stayed with my sister and wore diapers. When he came back he wanted nothing to do with the potty. so I did not force him. I guess 2 days before Christmas he decided he was ready again!!) Jane nomorebabies.com
