ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Aug 26, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- IntegratedCommunication Networks Inc. (ICN) (OTCBB:ICNW) announced that Analyst Mark Bergman of Hampton Porter, a regional securities firm in San Diego, issued today a Buy Recommendation on shares of ICN, with a short-term price target of $14.00.

"We feel that ICN will experience dramatic revenue growth and significant gross margins over the next 12 months. The company is positioned to become a leader in International Telecommunications," said Mark Bergman. "Given the company's substantial and growing customer base, we believe that it can readily achieve our projected fiscal year 1999 revenues of $45 million and fiscal year 2000 projections of $225 million."
