>>>Yorkton's Ettlinger Recommends Junior Explorers With +100% Potential

Art Ettlinger of Yorkton Securities recommends four junior exploration issues with a high-risk, high- reward profile: Cambiex Exploration, Nevada Pacific Gold, Ashton Mining of Canada, and Winspear Resources.

Vancouver, BC, December 28 /SHfn/ -- Junior exploration companies are by their nature very high risk, high reward investments. During a recent StockHouse interview Yorkton Securities mining analyst Art Ettlinger explained, "While we don't put target prices on junior exploration companies because none of them have balance sheets, we generally don't recommend a junior exploration company unless it's going to be a double or triple in the intermediate term." While he remains bullish on the metals and mining sector in Canada, the analyst does feel some frustration with some Federal Government policies in favour of tougher environmental regulation for the industry, making it more difficult to initiate a permanent operation. He says, "eventually investors will really tire of governments in Canada saying they are for jobs and for mining, but then actually doing the opposite."

Ashton is one of those companies that is very good at finding kimberlites." Junior diamond exploration concern Ashton Mining of Canada [T.ACA] is exploring in the Northwest Territories and in Alberta north and west of the Lac de Gras area where the Ekati diamond mine is located. In Alberta, the company's efforts have shown little success, but in September ACA discovered a new kimberlite on its Ric property in Nunavut. Known as the Hydra kimberlite, "it crops out on the side of a small lake. It's quite interesting because it shows that you can find kimberlite right there on the surface in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut." Ettlinger says that microdiamond results are pending from the property. Of its 10 property blocks or groupings in the Northwest Territories, Ashton is focussing on four in particular. Star is about 180 kilometres southwest of the Ekati mine. ACA has discovered three kimberlites on the Cross property, which is adjacent to Star. The Ric property, 250 kilometres northwest of Ekati, is the site of the Hydra find, while the Roundrock parcel has "an interesting dike system called the Aquila kimberlite. It's a complex kimberlite body. It's a complex system of dikes and small blows. It's not really well understood. It does appear to be diamond bearing, and the company wants to do more work on it." This may be exciting news.

Ashton has 26.36 million shares outstanding and 28.02 million shares fully diluted. It has an association with Ashton Mining of Australia [X.ASH] , and through that association, the Canadian explorer is further associated with Malaysia Mining. "So, if they were to find anything, Ashton would have as much financial support as they need to do whatever they need to bring the property into production." Ashton's diamond exploration crew is "very professional and very experienced."

In the event some of you did not go to the link, the above is an extract. Yes, I will be back participating in this thread. There will be many stories next year, and one story may be the success Ashton has been waiting for. At these prices, fill your pockets, I am.<ggggg>
