They should get a decent amount of Varsitybooks.com....as they've been involved with them via venture capital...and are co-managing, but I'm not sure how well the offering will be received....I'm guessing max would be 200-300 shares vs. NTCR 700, but I could be wrong.

Speaking of NTCR....now at 64...just hope it holds up until after the 1st.

I dont have high opionions avout varsity.com.
etailers are just out of favor. Look at eTYS, asfd, mthr and even amzn cold in the red hot inet market.

Any body disagree?

But I also thought Lifeminders would be cold too. So much for my analysis.
