Forbes article: forbes.com Also covered on IPO Hardball Internet Radio show. They weren't really crazy about it because of how new the company is and the lack of revenue: gaskinsco.com If you look at the company's news page on their website, you'll see that most of the executives were hired in the last 8 - 12 months...the COO was bought on board on January 27 this year: opus360.com So they are having their IPO even though the top management probably don't even recognize each other in the corridors yet :) I guess this is the new world of IPOs...hire the team and get the IPO out as soon as you can....Gaskins calls it "public venture capital"...
