so what? that's not exactly news to anyone...<g> quite frankly, i'd be a little disappointed if they wasted the news during the holiday season. if they couldn't get it out during this rally in the market, they may as well hold it for the first week of january when everyone can actually see the news.

BTW, (and FWIW) I'll be gone for a week for a family get-together. You all keep an eye on MRV for me; make sure it wears its hat and mittens and takes its vitamin C every day. Merry Christmas to everyone on this thread, including those no good shorts and bandits! The trade reported at 32 was not even a trade....just a simple reporting error picked up by all the brokerages. Since that time, I believe they have corrected the low - 51, which still isn't accurate. Oh well, not everyone is as clever as this strong and able old man. ;) I am holding my shares through the holiday season in anticipation of another huge burst. MRVC is consolidating quite nicely at these levels and it wouldn't concern me one bit if it dropped into the low 40's before the next big wave up. Sincerely, Dana Adams
