Occasionally they email me with updates. I found this email today, very interesting, and hope it is indicative of a sea change coming in 2000, with companies upgrading to Fibre Channel Switched SANS. I am assuming that this is what this company is talking about. "We will be moving to dual processor high end Sun servers decked out with about every feature you can imagine." From the search engine company: "We have since been able to stabilize the servers in their current location, but plan to move the entire site to new servers very soon. We will be moving to dual processor high end Sun servers decked out with about every feature you can imagine. As soon as this move is complete we will complete the upgrade to a new SQL search algorithm and add two new amazing features. P.S.P.S. For anyone who has heard of ANTS,have you seen the price lately?
