the avg. price per share works out to be less than $3 / share depending on the exact terms of the warrants (which wasn't included in the news release). that's a substantial discount to today's price but each of these investors are plunking down 100k of real money. for all we know, they may be affiliated with paramount or aries and have gotten a sweetheart deal. even so, no one would invest $11 m at any terms unless they saw real evidence that there was going to be a big payoff. on the plus side, this should give gnta at least a year to continue trials and actaully sell some FDA approved product. this removes the biggest cloud hanging over the co. - lack of cash.
